Shipping & Return Policy

Free Shipping Worldwide:

VIP Jewelry is pleased to offer Free Delivery within United States and Canada. We bear all the shipping costs which is incurred in shipping out the product to your doorstep fully secured.

We use FedEx Special delivery for all the items delivered within the US, Canada and Worldwide. This method of shipment is fully insured against loss, damage and theft during shipment.

Shipping costs may apply for next day deliveries. Please allow 2-3 days before your order is shipped. For any questions please call 212-944-6300  

For international orders we only accept PayPal with matching and confirmed billing and shipping addresses.

30 Days Return Policy:

Our prime goal at VIP Jewelry is to deliver the highest standard of customer service and satisfaction. After your purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased from us, we will gladly offer you a full refund or exchange. For the items to qualify for a complete refund they must be sent back within 30 days of the original delivery and be in their original state and must be sent back with all the accompanied certificates and original packaging.

Security Tag / Late Returns:

A security tag is attached to all items shipped to prevent wear and return sales. Any returned items with a damaged (removed and replaced) or missing tag will be subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from the amount being returned. Customers who request the RMA number but ship after the 30 days have expired are subject to a 10% late restocking fee. Please note these fees are cumulative.
If you intend on replacing an item that was defective or damaged please contact us BEFORE shipping your return. 

Return Procedure:

In order to return any item purchased at VIP Jewelry, please call us at: 212-944-6300 to request your Return Merchandise Authorization number and follow the instructions given below:

  • The returning parcel should be sent by USPS or Fedex and should be fully insured. In order to keep track of your item, we will need the parcel’s tracking number and the date the parcel was shipped. To avoid loss or theft in transit please do not leave references to diamonds/jewelry on the parcel. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage which occurs during transit of your item.
  • You should package your item in the original box in which it was sent and include the accompanying certificates and appraisals. Failing to do so could result in a delay in processing your return and, in the case of a refund, could result in a deduction from the refund amount. (Any item which has been worn, damaged or tampered with will not be accepted for refund or exchange and will be sent back to the sender).

Refund / Exchange duration:

Once the item is received, it will be sent to the Quality Assessment department where the product (s) will be inspected. If any item found to be worn, damaged, altered, resized, tampered with, or found to be mishandled in any way it will not be accepted for refund. Depending upon the payment method used, it will take 8-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account. A replacement order can take up to 2-3 weeks, depending upon the design.
